Your guests can access your greeting via a link or QR code we provide to you in the admin tool. We recommend sending your guests the link once their booking is confirmed and placing the QR code somewhere throughout your stay. If your stay does not have service, the guests can save the greeting on their phone for offline use before they arrive if they have the link in time.
What if there is no service or wifi at my property?
No worries! Your guests can access your greeting offline as long as they save the greeting with the simple on-screen instructions provided in the greeting.
How soon will my guests see the changes I made to the greeting?
Immediately! When you hit "Save" and your guests load your greeting with a connection, they can view your updated greeting.
Can I add or remove greetings after I sign up?
Yes! You can add or remove greetings after you sign up. You can even add or remove them during your trial period! Your billing changes will be reflected in your next payment.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. You can also remove individual greetings that will be reflected in your next payment. There are no minimum contracts; once you cancel your account, you will not be billed again.
